Perform lat pulldowns, low cable rows, bicep curls, tricep curls, and more, without the hassle that comes from using multiple pieces of equipment for each different exercise.

We’ve included rubber feet that provide a secure and stable base. With its 200LBs weight stack (upgradeable to 300LBs), you can simply insert the weight selector pin to your lifting weight with 1:1 weight ratio.
