Includes 2x commercial-grade FT handles which are wrapped in polyurethane for maximum durability and comfort. Position the trolley to any of the 35 numbered height positions to target any muscle group and perform various exercises, all in one station for a full-body workout.

The handles can be used simultaneously or individually where each pulley handle has a 1:2 weight ratio. Pull with both handles for a 1:1 ratio. Pull with a single handle for a 1:2 ratio, where pulling with just one handle equals half the weight loaded. Position the trolley to any of the 35 numbered height positions to target any muscle group and perform various exercises, all in one station for a full-body workout.
