The FT-SC-2000: Single Column 2000 Functional Trainer is a time and space-saving cable exercise machine that projects only 36″ from your wall, Get RX’d BuilderĀ® power rack, or Get RX’d BuilderĀ® pull-up rig that you attach it to. It features a 200LB weight stack with a selector pin that makes it quick and easy to choose the weight that your workout calls for. Includes 2x commercial-grade FT handles which are wrapped in polyurethane for maximum durability and comfort. The handles can be used simultaneously or individually where each pulley handle has a 1:2 weight ratio. Pull with both handles for a 1:1 ratio. Pull with a single handle for a 1:2 ratio, where pulling with just one handle equals half the weight loaded. Position the trolley to any of the 35 numbered height positions to target any muscle group and perform various exercises, all in one station for a full-body workout. Includes mounting hardware needed for attaching to Get RX’d cages or pull-up rigs. Does not include hardware to anchor into the ground or wall. Add a Lengthener Bracket Set to extend the FT Functional Trainers an additional 5.9″ further away from your wall, power rack, or pull-up rig. Adjust the weight in smaller increments or add more weight with the Weight Stack Plate Load Pin.

Trolley Adjustment
Perform a wide range of exercises that target high, middle, and low angles. The highest trolley point is at 78″ while the lowest point is 12.5″ from the ground.
35 Adjustment Points with Numbered Indicators
Adjust the trolley along 35 points spaced 2″ apart. Laser-cut height markings help to make quick adjustments between the trolley positions.
1:1 Ratio Modification
Achieve a 1:1 ratio on a single column by connecting the cables with a chain and attaching a single handle, or use the FT Cable Output Adapter to connect the cable.
Go Heavy or Lift Light
The max usable weight per side on the weight stack option is 200 LBS using dual cable output. The minimum usable weight per side is 5 LBS using single cable output.
Foot Plate
A 15.75″ x 6.5″ footplate provides a stable surface for performing low rows as well as seated rows, helping you to maintain proper form from start to finish.
