A lat pulldown handle and a straight low handle are included that can be hooked to the top or bottom of the attachment, allowing for a variety of exercises to be performed with ease. Perform lat pulldowns, low cable rows, bicep curls, tricep curls, and more, without the hassle that comes from using multiple pieces of equipment for every exercise.

No Loss of Uprights
The lower footplate of the HL-PL-1000 is designed to be 13″ away from the uprights to allow for ample space for placement of your bench when you’re benching off the attached uprights, as well as plenty of space for your feet when using the uprights as a squat rack.
