• 2x pairs of J-Cups for racking your barbell
• 3x different pull-up bars: 2x 4′ pull-up bars, 1x 6′ pull-up bar
• 1x 12′ height pull-up bar for hanging rings: 12′ high ring setup is the standard for performing ring muscle ups
This unit is designed for the athlete or fitness enthusiast who wants to train ring muscle-ups, bar muscle-ups, and have the option for multiple people to use the same unit at the same time.
