The RX3 landmine attachment inserts into 1″ holes so that you can have a fully functional landmine training station by inserting your barbell into this attachment. We’ve included a protective sleeve inside the landmine to protect your barbell from coming into contact with anything metal.
The landmine utilizes a 1″ chrome insert so that the insert and the upright or crossbar it slides into does not scratch or chip any powdercoated areas.
