This Hike mode offers a great lower body workout while improving speed and stability. By setting a challenging 22% incline, you can engage in an intense uphill hike. To ensure safety, we have 10 built-in speed zones that limit the speed at which the user can hike. Much like a stair stepper, in this way the user only adjusts the speed and can safely focus on hiking up the 22% incline. The maximum speed is set 6 KPH/ 3.7 MPH during high incline workouts. This mode is perfect for burning calories and a proper leg workout.
TREK MODE
The Trek mode offers a more intense lower body workout while improving your cardio endurance and stability. By setting a challenging 27% incline, you can engage in a steeper climb. To ensure safety, we have 10 adjustable speed zones that limit the speed at which the user can Trek. Much like a stair stepper, in this way the user only adjusts the speed and can safely focus on trekking up the 27% incline. The maximum speed is set 6 KPH/ 3.7 MPH during high incline workouts. This mode is perfect for burning calories, and a more challenging leg workout.
SLED MODE
Take your Sled training up a notch, holding the fixed frame handles, and setting your incline difficulty levels to either 22% or 27%. Pushing forward allows users to replicate an intense uphill sled push, while a backward sled push uphill engages more lower body muscles. Our resistance motor not only controls the speed, but also allows the user to push against, thereby creating an intense uphill sled push workout.
